I will require all patients to have their own primary care provider for physical care before I provide psychiatric medications or take on a new patient. I require records before the first appointment. I work with ages 6 and up. I do not specialize in any one age group. Again, I will only accept patients that are at least six years old. If you would like more information, please contact me.
At Crowe Connection Psychiatry Psychiatry, I understand that mental health struggles can be overwhelming and isolating. That's why I provide a safe and supportive environment where my patients can receive the care they need to feel better. I offer treatment in a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and addiction. I am dedicated to helping my patients find relief and hope on their journey to recovery.
Other areas of mental disorders that I treat include but are not limited to:
Yes, I do telehealth. However for medications regulated by the DEA I require in person appointments. As of May 2025 I am not yet licensed anywhere but Oregon, I do take patients who live in Washington, but they have to travel to my office.
I was temporarily closed to new patients in the fall of 2024. As of May 2025 I am taking new patients again.
On a case by case basis, but I am not allowed by contract to charge less for cash patients
Not at this time. I prescribe medications. However, I can suggest some great counseling/therapy options for you to try out. I do encourage all my patient to seek out counseling.
I do not keep medications in my office. You will have to pick up your medications at your chosen pharmacy. If you need help choosing a pharmacy please let me know. I do not have medications at my location, all medications are handled offsite by your pharmacy.
Yes. I require all my patients to have established care with a PCP. I am not a PCP.
This is important for your safety. Sometimes people are on psychiatric medications for years and may develop additional medical conditions as they age. it is important to have a PCP to manage these conditions as they arise and without delay.
Visits are by appointment only. You can view my hours by clicking the "CONTACT" menu item above or below. I will update those as needed, so check back often. I do plan on having limited evening and Saturday hours on a case by case basis.
On a case by case basis. I can also assist patients who need services such as ketamine treatments or ECT- Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT for short) and to find medical professionals that can help patients access these types of advanced services.
Medical records are required. If you do not know how to gain access to past medical records I may be able to help you with that during one of our sessions together. I will ask that you fill out a releases of information, to allow me to legally access your records. This is a requirement of treatment.
Absolutely! If you require any type of support, physical, emotional etc. You are welcome to have a friend or partner with you. I may ask that you sign a release of information form to allow any confidential information to be discussed with that person in the room.
I have updated my policy and I am no longer providing them.
Your session length will be determined ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. Starting May of 2025 new patient appointments will be 90 minutes and follow ups will be 30 minutes unless different arrangements are made at the time the appointment is made.
I am not offering site visits at this time.
This would have to be discussed prior to the animal coming to the office. There are other businesses in the building I work from, I must consider their clients.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Short answer is no. I would encourage my existing patients to not share their medications. Unless a child is younger than an adolescent age, I will not see multiple members of the same family as patients at the same time. That can cause problems in the long run.
These conditions require special mental health psychologists (not medication management providers) with expert experience to diagnoses. I do acknowledge this condition in children and adults. Please keep in mind, that while there are medications to block physically dangerous behaviors or anxiety in people with severe autism, autism is not treated with medication. I am able to help with other co-occurring mental health disorders. But in regard to living with autism, getting tested for autism, or other autism related issues, I do not specialize in autism. Please research "neuropsychological evaluation" for autism. The closest providers of neuropsychological evaluations are in Portland and their testing is rarely covered by insurance.

On a case by case basis, if you are an existing patient of mine and you have an establish PCP listed in your records. Even if you meet these requirements I may refuse to bridge your prescription due to a variety of factors. These include but not limited to, not adhering to the medication agreement, taking your meds as not prescribed, multiple requests for refills before the due date, indications of prescription abuse, etc.
Everyone is different and medications effect everyone differently. There is an adjustment period where we "dial in" the medication to the proper therapeutic dosage. This takes time. If you are experiencing any adverse side effects please call 911 if the side effects are life threatening. My goal is to find the right balance between proper medication and life style. If you feel that your medication is effecting your ability to function in everyday life I need to know so we can evaluate your medication options.
This should be discussed in person! Many medications should not be stopped immediately. Please contact the provider who prescribed this medication to you and discuss your options to stopping the medication. Some medications can be stopped suddenly, yet many require a taper down to properly stop. If this is a medication I prescribed for you, please let me know ASAP what you're experiencing with this medication and we will work together on solutions.
Yes, this would be reviewed at the initial appointment. Any scheduled appointment that is skipped prevents me from helping another person. If attendance becomes an issue you will be asked to sign a contract that allows for 2 more missed visits in 12 months. Visits that are not canceled without 48 hours notice will count toward the two visits. The terms of the contract would allow me to discharge you from the practice. You would then be provided with 30 days of medications and after that would not longer be considered a patient of the practice. Your records would be available to other providers at your request in the future.
I take patient confidentially very seriously. I cannot and will not release patient information over the phone or any other means of communication to anyone that is not "released" to have such information. I cannot and will not confirm if anyone is a patient of mine. This is in accordance to national and Oregon state HIPPAA laws. If your friend or family member is having an emergency call 911 immediately!
